Lismore City Council, is seeking a Corporate Planning and Reporting Coordinator. In this role, you will support the preparation, reporting, and improvement of the Integrated Planning and Reporting Framework. You will work closely with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) on the Capacity Capability and Recovery Roadmap (CCRR) project.

Your main duties will include developing the Community Strategic Plan, Delivery Program, and annual Operational Plans. You will collaborate with senior leaders to ensure effective Planning and Reporting systems. You will also monitor progress and prepare reports to track Council’s performance against its strategic objectives.
You should have Tertiary qualifications in a business related/ Corporate Planning discipline or demonstrated hands on experience in developing Corporate Planning and policy documents. Analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform Planning and decisions are essential. You should be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and have good interpersonal skills.
