- Proven sales and customer relationship management
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Strong focus on customer service
- Strong communication skills
- Proven initiative and problem solving skills
- Proven scheduling ability
Highly regarded:
- Experience working in an RTO
- Experience with Axcelerate LMS
The corporate Sales Coordinator will be responsible for:
- The rollout and implementation of our newly developed Corporate Portal to all corporate clients
- Onboarding of new corporate clients to the portal
- Respond to and manage all Corporate Sales
- Coordinate and book on site training requests
- Utilise problem solving skills in meeting corporate demands for scheduling of courses
