The Complete Personnel Group was established in 1998 and is contracted to deliver a number of Australian Government funded programs including Community Development Program, Remote Jobs and Communities Program, ParentsNext Program and Disability Employment Services.
In this role you will be primarily responsible for providing administrative support and assistance within the Corporate Services Team in meeting our assets, infrastructure and Work Health & Safety (WHS) and other compliance requirements as well as other general administrative duties in HR and accounts/finance. The position requires a high level of attention to detail and strong working relationship with service delivery partners and internal stakeholders, to ensure that all administrative aspects are achieved in a timely and required manner.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Collect and maintain vehicle registrations, logbooks and record insurance claims evidence and registers.
- Coordinate the collection and recording of asset/vehicle and WHS compliance reports and evidence from internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate, allocation and recording of assets movements across the company.
- Assist the Corporate Services Manager in purchasing and maintenance of assets/vehicles.
- Coordinate and record compliance/incident records in databases/spreadsheets.
- Collect and record WHS compliance requirements for projects.
- Provide administrative support to the Director Corporate Services, including, document support, managing correspondence, and records management.
- Assist IT Consultant with routine IT support.
- Coordinate office supplies orders and equipment maintenance.
- Assist with asset destruction and recording.
- Undertake other administrative tasks as required.
