About the role
This is a full-time permanent opportunity located in Brisbane CBD.
Stanwell’s Corporate Strategy is our blueprint for the future. It sets out our business’ long-term goals as well as our most important parcels of work.
Key activities include:
- Analyse Stanwell’s complex and rapidly changing environment. Understand key strategic risks and opportunities for our business and work with a range of experts to develop solutions to our biggest challenges.
- Lead the development and ongoing evolution of Stanwell’s Corporate Strategy and business plans.
- Work across the business to understand current and potential future states at Stanwell and identify logical, no regrets pathways to achieve those future states.
About you
- Experience leading the development of Corporate Strategy within large, complex organisations.
- Demonstrated experience applying change management principles and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess the impact of change, identify risks and barriers, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Demonstrated strength leading challenging, interdependent programs and initiatives with multiple, invested stakeholders.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications.
