To support our learning programs, we're looking for highly experienced energetic Corporate Trainers based out of our Mount Waverley Head Office. While you will need to be able to work autonomously, you will also need to work within a team environment with a flexible mindset and strong organisational skills.

Reporting to the General Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Use a blended model to deliver training sessions including face to face delivery, video based virtual delivery, workplace coaching and self-paced e-learning
• Support trainees with their learning and assessment material
• Work closely with trainees and their managers to ensure skills development and traineeship completions
• Provide coaching to trainees in the workplace
• Provide feedback on training effectiveness and trainee progress
• Update materials to support program innovation; and
• Travel to different sites to deliver training when required.

• Ability to motivate trainees and deliver engaging learning to diverse groups of trainees
• High level of facilitation, consultation, communication & coaching skills
• Considerable hands-on experience in designing and delivering corporate learning programs; and
• Demonstrated ability and commitment to driving learning outcomes to benefit our customers and people.
