L&D Coordinator role Monday-Thursday | Public Administration | Sydney CBD | until end of June | $40-45ph + Sup

This company is a public administration organisation that operates across NSW. Their L&D team of 5 is looking for an extra headcount to join them until the end of June 2024.

Your new role 

As the L&D Coordinator, you will assist the team with a variety of functions. Responsibilities:

•  Organising seminars and training sessions, including logistics such as catering, materials and liaising with trainers and attendees. 
• Identify opportunities for new learning programs and negotiate delivery with consultants. 
• L&D Administration tasks, such as updating the LMS and the back end of the CRM.
• Building and maintaining positive client relationships with stakeholders.
• Ad hoc L&D Coordination tasks to support the team.  

What you'll need to succeed 

• Relevant experience in a similar role in Learning and Development, ideally for a Local Government organisation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise.
• The ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

• Hourly rate $40-45ph + Super depending on experience
