Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage comprehensive cost programs across all projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and budgets.
- Utilize P6 software to effectively track project costs, forecasts, and expenditures.
- Collaborate with a small team of planners to ensure accurate project cost estimates and financial reporting.
- Engage in stakeholder management activities, fostering strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Apply your expertise in renewables, infrastructure, or rail to provide valuable insights and recommendations for cost optimization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in Cost Engineering, with a focus on renewables, infrastructure, or rail projects.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 software is essential.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyze complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience in project management and familiarity with project management principles and methodologies.
