Your ContributionAs a Cost Planner you will undertake cost planning activities, preparing accurate tender estimates, and assisting to manage project procurement to achieve best value for the business.
You will:
- Assist in winning Design and Construct bids through the execution of agreed win strategies.
- Assist with alternative bids, design optimisation and value management.
- Contribute to the production of detailed tender submissions.
- Assist in the accurate and timely production of high-level estimates and cost plans.
- Assist in the procurement of subcontractors and suppliers.
- Collaborate with site and design teams.
- Engage with consultants and clients
About You
You have:
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualifications in Quantity Surveying, Building, or a related discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in estimating, cost planning or on-site roles. More experienced candidates may also be considered.
- Proficiency in communication, enabling confident engagement with diverse individuals.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- A strong belief in and commitment to the "one team" approach.
- Ability to thrive in an autonomous environment and adapt quickly.
- Capability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
