RA Tas is looking for an experienced Counsellor/Case Manager to join our team in Hobart across a range of Adult Specialist Support Services and help us to enhance the lives of communities, families, and individuals by supporting positive and respectful relationships.
This role is responsible for the provision of counselling and case management to individuals affected by complex trauma. We are offering a permanent part-time (0.6FTE) position, and you will have the opportunity to work for one or more of the following programs depending on your interest and experience;
- Counselling and support for Find and Connect
- Forced Adoption Support Service
- Redress Support Service.

Do you fit the bill?
- A degree in Counselling, Social Work, Psychology or equivalent tertiary qualifications that are recognised to deliver therapeutic counselling services in accordance with agency requirements.
- Demonstrated experience in providing a broad range of trauma-informed counselling and case management services to those who may be impacted by a range of additional vulnerabilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other agencies to deliver support to individuals affected by complex trauma.
- The capacity to reflect on own practice, with supervisor, peers, and self

- Subject to your qualifications and years of relevant experience, a 5% loading may be applicable for this role
