Your Role

As a Customer Support Specialist, you're at the heart of our success, driving the efficiency of our Customer Service Team. Your role is pivotal, requiring not only remarkable attention to detail but also a proactive approach, unwavering initiative, and a relentless pursuit of excellence.

In this pivotal role, your primary focus will include overseeing critical administrative functions that empower our team to excel.  Your proficiency with spreadsheets, coupled with meticulous attention to detail, will shine as you manage client specific inductions, maintain vehicle maintenance and compliance records, ensure field equipment remains within calibration dates, and uphold licensing requirements for field technicians.  Along with dedicating time each day to phone client's and confirm scheduled technician visits in advance, you’ll also play a crucial role in onboarding new field technicians, ensuring they have everything they need for a seamless start with us.  Additionally, you’ll provide essential coverage for both planned and unplanned team leave.
