We are currently searching for an experienced and passionate Counsellor to work within this EAP specialist organisation who have a presence worldwide. The successful candidate will fit the criteria by working alongside the mental health support and operational team, providing ongoing counselling, clinical assessments, case management and support for a variety of complex EAP clients.
As a Counsellor in this position you will be a part of an experienced mental health and operational team working for a private organisation. You will be building a high standard of client care, communication and assistance.
What this position includes:
- Support clients in need throughout growth of the organisation
- Help people in risk including background with trauma, anxiety and suicide
- Focus on building relationships and assisting people with effective communication and procedures
- Effective one on one programs
- Provide support via phone and video
- Minimum Level 3 qualification
- Current registration within ACA
- Experience working within a similar position
- Understanding and experience of the what the position requires listed above along with of the Australian State Acts
- Proven written and verbal communication skills of a high standard with relevant keyboard and computer/computer software skills
