About the Role:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to a diverse clientele
- Counter sales, dealing with a wide range of industrial products including construction equipment, fasteners, adhesives, power tools and hand tools
- Build strong relationships with customers
- Stock control and general warehousing duties as required
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in retail sales / customer service
- Customer-focused and a team player
- Australian/NZ citizen or resident (no sponsorship)
- Previous experience in the Fastener, Industrial and Construction Supply industries would be an advantage, however as long as you have a willingness to learn this can be taught!
