Fantastic opportunity for a young up and comer to join the Nepean team in Seven Hills NSW.

What we’re looking for:
We want an enthusiastic and engaging team player that wants to progress their sales career within a professional and fun team.
The role:
As a Counter Sales team member, you will provide efficient and exceptional customer service to our large and varied customer base.
This is a full-time permanent role based in Seven Hills, NSW.
Work hours are Monday to Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm – no weekends.
Your key responsibilities include:

• Provision of customer service, including effectively actioning customer requests and enquiries.
• Counter sales, including the promotion of an extensive and diverse product set.
• Answering telephone and email enquiries.
• Actioning customer requests and enquiries face to face, over the phone and via email.
• Liaising with suppliers.
• Stock control, including re-stocking shelves and packing orders.
• General warehousing duties as required.

To be successful in this role:

• Must be an Australian / New Zealand resident or citizen. Sponsorship is not offered for this role. (No temporary visas, unfortunately)
• You’re a driven and passionate professional with some experience working in a sales or customer-facing role.
• Any experience in the hardware, industrial or construction supply Industries would be very beneficial, but not essential.
• English as a first language is essential, as your ability to establish professional relationships while building rapport will be a key to your success in then role.
• You will need to be a genuine team player with a passion for exceptional customer service to be successful in delivering exceptional service and solutions for your customers.
• You will be a “self-starter” with an engaging and positive outlook to life, always happy to help with sincerity and integrity.
