About The Role:This is a key position within the Course maintenance team, working directly alongside the Golf Course Superintendent, Senior Assistant Superintendent & Assistant Superintendent.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced individual that will be hands on in the day-to-day management and future development and planning of the course.
This is a great opportunity for a Course Foreman looking to take the next step in their career and/or qualified Greenkeeper looking for a new opportunity.

For this particular role the successful candidate is required to have minimum Cert III in Turf Management or equivalent qualifications and be proficient in operating and maintaining turf equipment and machinery.
It is also desirable for the candidate to possess the following key qualifications and experience:- Strong work ethic and can-do attitude,
- Good communication skills,
- Proven track record in the turf industry,
- Experience in chemical application
- Chemical spraying certificate,
- Experience with Toro irrigation systems operation & repairs will be highly advantageous but non-essential,
- An understanding of WH&S requirements on golf courses,
- Current driver’s licence

- Help promote player satisfaction through quality maintenance and communications,
- Work directly with Course Superintendent and other key staff members/management to constantly improve the golf course, club grounds, maintenance facility and all safety programs,
- Help schedule and supervise the daily operations of the course maintenance staff
- Train, motivate and supervise less experienced staff in a capable manner when required.
