About the Role

A Client Services Officer plays a critical role supporting our Financial Advisors, this role will see the successful candidate being a part of a close-knit team of professionals who provide exceptional financial advice to clients. You will support the advice team to ensure a smooth and efficient operation which will involve administering all support aspects of the client advice process within Xplan, including Review Management, preparation of Client Review and Plan Presentation Packs and implementation of advice. The successful candidate will work directly with the Advisors supporting with client and team requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partnering with Financial Advisors and Associate Advisors to deliver exceptional customer service for our clients.
  • Assist with the financial advice process from Fact Find to Implementation, including processing of documentation in Xplan, preparation of advice documents & forms.
  • Generate reports and documentation through Xplan and third-party platforms.
  • Facilitate the preparation of client review and compliance documents.
  • Assisting with regulatory obligations including the management of Ongoing Service Agreements, review meetings and our compliance requirements.
  • Database entry and management.
  • General administration and ad-hoc duties as required.
  • Being a point of call for client communication.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • Experience working within a similar role within the financial services industry.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, and experience using Xplan would be advantageous.
  • Knowledge of financial governance, compliance, ethical and privacy guidelines would be advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Demonstrated organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail.
