We’re looking for an energetic and outgoing person, with terrific team spirit to join our busy Cairns Branch.
The successful applicant will:
- Be the first friendly face of the company for our clients
- Transfer customers between the airport terminal and the office
- Assist customers with boarding and alighting the shuttle bus
- Load/unload customer’s luggage to/from the shuttle bus
- Liaise with shuttle bus dispatch call centre to ensure maximum route efficiency
- Ensure the safety of passengers and self at all times whilst on duty – including the safe loading of passengers and luggage
- Follow all road laws and speed limits
- Work as part of a diverse team
The role requires the following skills/attributes:
- Excellent customer service skills. You are the first person our clients will meet - you need to make a lasting impression
- Exceptional presentation and personal grooming
- Outstanding attention to detail
- A team player with the ability to work a flexible, rotating roster
- A full driver's license
