The RoleA fantastic opportunity is now available at El Questro Wilderness Park for experienced and enthusiastic applicants for the role of Coxswain.
As a Coxswain and Tour Guide you are central to ensuring our guests experience the very highest levels of service and safety while on our tours. Tour Guides are an integral part of the property's daily operations from transfers in and out of Kununurra to Guided tours; ranging from bird watching, guided gorge walks, boat cruises, and 4x4 experiences.
Duties- Conducting pick up and welcomes for guests and drop offs to the airport
- Guiding tours from gorge walking, 4x4 Driving and the Chamberlain Gorge Cruise
- Creating memorable experiences for guests and provided a vast knowledge of The Kimberley
- Coxswain Grade 2 Certificate of Competency (essential)
- First Aid Certificate (essential)
- A current valid driver’s license (essential)
- Experience driving boats and boat maintenance
- Available to work a flexible roster
- A focus on providing excellent customer service at all times
- Excellent time management skills
- Knowledge of correct manual handling techniques and WHS awareness
- Working at El Questro for a season
