Hedland Harbour Industries is a small family-owned business seeking personnel for positions based out of Port Hedland.
We are currently seeking skilled Crane Operators to join the team on a full-time basis.
General hire company that services the communities within the Pilbara's needs, ranging from Crane Operations, relocation, scaffolding, dry hire, mine shutdowns, etc. Please note that this is position is in General Hire, we are a small business not a mine site.
About the role:
- Full-time basis on a Flexi Scope Roster – 4:1, 5:2, 6:3 etc
- Based in Port Hedland
- Flexible rosters to suit current scope of work which changes daily.
- Competitive hourly rate
- Meal Allowance
- Completing Daily Pre-Starts on all equipment.
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols.
- Operate cranes and hoists.
- Keep and update maintenance and activity log
- Coordinate with ground operators and interpret hand and verbal signals.
To be considered for the role of Crane operator you will need:
- A minimum of 12 months current operating experience (please include a brief list of makes and models you have operated in your resume)
- Have a minimum of CN (Crane ops) endorsement on your high-risk license.
- Be able to successfully complete a pre-employment medical, including Drug & Alcohol screening prior to flight being booked.
- Positive & Can-Do attitude.

- Current inductions for the following Pilbara mine sites; RTIO, Roy Hill, SINO, BHP, FMG, PPA - will be highly regarded.
- VOC for your high-risk license endorsements (CO LTM VOC highly desirable)
- Scaffolder tickets
- MC License
