We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Franna crane driver and Dogman operator to join out team in Picton as a fulltime permanent team member. You will also be upskilled to other work areas of the Facility to improve your skill-set and growth opportunities within our business.
In this role you will :
- Safe and efficient operation of pool movements using Franna Carnes
- Dogging activities including demoulding of pools and all the movements through to supporting the loading of pools to our clients
- Working closely with site Supervisors to ensure our schedules are managed efficiently with a focus on quality and client expectations
- Complete relevant documentation including safety records and quality control
- Operate within a manner where safe work practices are never jeopardised
Our ideal candidate will
- A strong understanding of safe work practices and operation of mobile cranes and dogging
- Mobile crane licence (C2 at a minimum) and licence to perform dogging
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic with prompt and reliable attendance
- Able to work within an environment where multiple activities are occurring simultaneously
- English language proficiency - due to the workplace safety requirements of our facility, we require a good basic level of English language both (written & spoken) to ensure adequate communication with team members during the daily operations
