Position: Creative and Spatial Designer
This position is a 12-month contract
- 3 days per week (part time position)
- 12-month contract (January - December 2024)
- $80,000-90,000k p/a + Superannuation (pro rata), depending on experience
- Flexible working from home arrangement
About the role:
The Creative and Spatial Designer will play a key role in ideation, conceptual development, and the professional delivery of creative concepts for client activation and events. Collaborating with the Graphic Designer and Account Management teams, the role reports to the Creative Director.
Primary Responsibilities:
Creative Development:
- Creative ideation and development across all accounts
- Contribute to proposal development with a focus on creative elements.
- Spatial design for events and activations
- Assist in the production of assets
- Implement and maintain internal creative processes.
- Proposal development (creative elements)
Client Liaison:
- Explore briefs with clients and Account Management staff.
- Initiate, develop, and implement creative strategies aligned with client objectives.
- Present creative concepts to clients as required.
- Manage and protect client brands, ensuring consistent branding.
- Cost production items and liaise with Account Management for client budget application.
Research and Development:
- Stay informed about current technology and digital applications suitable for experiential and events.
Internal Liaison:
- Implement and maintain internal creative processes.
