We are looking for an experienced, passionate Creative Assistant with fantastic organisational and time management skills. You will be supporting our very busy Activation and Christmas design team by completing a number of administrative duties, sourcing and purchasing materials and assisting the design team with their proposals and if you can use Photoshop that would be an added bonus!

What you will do
- Assist the design team in all areas required to ensure Activation & Christmas project deadlines are met and clients are 100% satisfied.
- Support designers with administration duties such as (and not limited to) organising files and folders (digital and physical), updating calendars and PowerPoint proposals.
- Inputting proposals onto RMS (rental management system).
- Administrative duties such as preparing prep sheets for jobs and invoicing clients.
- Complete WPHS requirements such as managing induction requirements in preparation for installations.
- Assist in sourcing and purchasing materials, obtaining quotes and organising the collection and delivery of materials when required.
- Driving to site inspections and collection of materials as required.
- Some physical preparation and installation of design jobs.
About You
- Excellent computer skills, in particular experience with PowerPoint and Word
- Great organisational, time management and prioritisation skills
- Calm under pressure – organised, agile and can take direction.
- Can work individually on tasks or in a team environment.
- Initiative to problem solve.
- Have a creative eye and ability to think/write creatively.
- Positive ‘can do’ attitude, flexible with hours, a strong work ethic and a sense of professionalism.
- Photoshop experience a bonus.
- Clean drivers’ license
- Immediate start
- Knowledge and experience of Current, Deputy and Hubdoc desirable
