About the Role
The role is a mix of creative direction, ideation, proposal creation and creative strategy for the company’s clients, reporting to the Creative Director. This role would ideally suit someone with art direction or copywriting experience in an agency setting who would like a stepping stone to a creative director role in the future.

About You - The Reals
- 3 + years of experience in a creative role
- Strong copywriting experience a must, with previous work examples available
- A proven track record of success in digital marketing and communications
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
- Professional presentation and outstanding attention to detail
- The ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field – desired but not essential
- Create a positive impact to the culture of the business, by having a positive and ‘whatever it takes’ attitude
Responsibilities
Creative Direction
You will be responsible for overseeing all the creative work the company outputs when the Creative Director is not available. This includes overseeing and providing feedback and direction on:
- Social Media Copy and Posts
- Design Concepts
- Video Edits
- Website Designs
Proposal Writing
The Creative Lead oversees our proposal creation and tender process, collaborating with the team to create bespoke proposals for new prospects and current clients. This process requires discussing the strategy elements with the Creative Director, Paid Media Lead and Account Manager, and liaising with the team to accurately scope upcoming work.
Ideation/Creative Strategy
As a creative agency we are often challenged with creating innovative concepts and strategies for our clients. We conceive and create concepts for videos, websites, taglines, activations and more. We need someone super creative who can conceive of captivating ideas while always keeping the audience and objective in mind.
