As the Creative Producer, you will play a central role in upholding our ambitious vision for Arts and Culture in Melville. Leading a team of talented individuals, you will inspire creativity, nurture relationships and drive forward our collective vision. Your focus will be on fostering Melville’s identity as a vital cultural contributor in the region while supporting our City's broader creative goals.
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
Essential
- Tertiary qualification in relevant field or equivalent experience
- Ability to use initiative and judgment in problem solving while identifying and applying effective solutions to varied and complex issues
- Experience in project management as well as developing and monitoring budgets
- Knowledge of contemporary cultural development philosophies, practices and procedures
