Creative Producer (Photographer / Videographer)

• Part time 0.6 FTE, Fixed Term until 27 December 2024
• Salary: $80,667 to $86,592 (pro-rata part time) plus Superannuation

They will be at the forefront of crafting compelling digital content that brings our brand to life while adhering to Institute guidelines and policies.Demonstrating creativity and expertise, the Creative Producer will be responsible for capturing high-quality images, and developing engaging videos, animations and multimedia content. They will oversee all aspects of video production, from storyboarding to filming, editing and organising creative assets.Reporting directly to the Senior Brand and Campaign Specialist, the Creative Producer will collaborate with a dynamic and growing creative team. Each day brings new and exciting challenges, from crafting student stories on- or off-campus, to capturing the essence of hallmark events such as graduation and award nights. This role requires flexibility of both work days and locations to ensure the best content is captured to promote Chisholm.ABOUT YOUYou are a highly motivated individual with well-developed skills in creative thinking and the ability to interpret briefs to produce visually compelling content that aligns to brand guidelines.You will have demonstrated creative work through a dedicated portfolio that contains both photography and videography as well as proven ability to craft compelling narratives in both short and long-form content.You will also have exceptional photography, videography, digital design and editing skills including proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Encoder, Bridge, Photoshop and Illustrator) and other relevant industry-standard software together with proficiency with video, photography and audio recording equipment.For further detailed requirements, please review the position description.Qualifications required for the role:Relevant degree or tertiary qualification in screen and media, photography or similar design field and 2+ years’ demonstrable working experience as a videographer or photographer; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education/training.ABOUT USChisholm is one of the largest vocational training providers in the state with a team of over 1,400 dedicated staff supporting 41,000 students who choose to study at Chisholm and training at our modern campuses across Melbourne’s southeast and online.
