We are seeking a passionate and skilled Creative Event Producer to join our team in Melbourne!
About The Role
The Creative Event Producer is responsible for building and maintaining trusted client relationships that lead to continuous business whilst planning, preparing all operational requirements for event execution. Reporting to the Creative Director, they will develop pitch documents, procure products, develop creative concepts and respond to requests for proposals.
As Creative Event Producer, your role includes:
- Build and maintain trusted client relationships that lead to continuous business
- Manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders including partners and partner venues
- Ideate and respond to creative briefs in consultation with the creative director, the broader internal team and external specialist suppliers
- Identify resources, create project plans, timelines and milestones ensuring timely delivery of all projects within budget and specified margins
- Negotiate budgets with clients that will allow for effective execution of the event within required profit margins
- Ensure OHS compliance is adhered to for all events and production
- Assist with project management and administrative tasks as required
About You
- Experience in event management, project management or account management
- Experience in creating and maintaining budgets
- Sales experience is preferred
- Project Management programs such as Monday.com or Asana.
- 3D Modelling programs such as SketchUp or AutoCAD
- Ability to problem solve and work independently in a changing and multitasking environment with numerous deadlines
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in stakeholder management and collaboration
