They're looking for a Client Services Manager to bridge the gap between Creative & Production. This role is all about ensuring ensuring briefs move through the agency is an efficient and timely manner, allocating the right people and delegating tasks so that all parties, whether that's Creatives, Designers, Videographers, Content writers, Developers and Producers know their roles, budgets and timings and all the big picture details.
You'll be pro-active by nature, a great communicator and have the people skills to bring the team on the journey. Adaptable and with a growth mind-set you'll look for ways to constantly improve and will remain cool under pressure. You'll have impeccable organisational skills and will know how to keep veryone on track, harnessing a team of collaborators.
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing or assisting in developing service proposals (briefs).
- Meeting with management teams to determine needs.
- Facilitating creative project kickoffs.
- Leading brainstorming sessions with creative teams.
- Overseeing workflow access, scheduling and prioritising for the Creative Dept.
- Supporting the Creative Director with resourcing, calendar management, and ad-hoc tasks when required.
- Benchmarking budget expenditures against projections.
- Overseeing daily tasks tied to creative production.
- Troubleshooting issues that could slow down the process.
- Providing analysis to ensure the project stays within brand standards
- Suggesting changes to workflows in order to improve efficiencies and cut costs.
- Working with client or other stakeholders.
- 5+ years of experience in a project management/ Creative Services role or similar.
- Are a creative thinker, adaptable and innovative
- Analytical and insightful attention to detail.
- Flexible yet able to stay on point.
- Work without supervision.
- Organised and efficient multitasker.
- Expert communicator and are cool under pressure.
- A collaborator that knows the whole is greater than the sum of its parts.
- Skills in graphic design with a good sense of layout best practices.
- Digital or print production guru.
- A strong, decisive decision-maker.
- A people person with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Able to handle high-pressure deadlines
- Project Management expert - can manage people, project, and time, driving tasks and preventing distraction!
