About the Role

As project manager of our Creative Studio, you will collaborate with the Creative Solutions Director and internal agency team to develop creative ideas and manage the execution of sponsor campaigns in music culture. Through a combination of creative production and development, you'll collaborate on campaign responses and produce multi-channel campaigns, video content and support the evolution of the Creative Studio. 

We're looking for an organised team player, and a creative mind, who will help shape the future of brand campaigns across Australian music culture.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Manage creative studio processes to maintain high performance and quality creative, working closely with the Creative Solutions Director and Client Service team on brand campaigns.
  • Manage and produce creative projects from end to end including scheduling; budget management, invoicing and reconciliation; preparing treatments; booking crew, studios and talent; preparing call sheets, shoot schedules and talent contracts.
  • Demonstrate ability to manage the production of deliverables on time and within budget, managing external freelancers and working effectively with internal teams.
  • Passion and experience for managing stills and video production with creative and external teams.
  • Experience working on and responding to client briefs while managing multiple projects at any one time through all stages of the campaign life cycle.
  • Managing the distribution of campaign assets to departments relative to the campaign and ensuring deadlines are met. Ensuring campaign assets are delivered in the correct versions, formats and ratios.
  • Working with Client Service Team to set up briefing sessions, creative reviews, internal reviews and client meetings where necessary.
  • Deliver video production, content production, promotional and commercial campaigns, ensuring all creative has consistent and strong brand representation.
  • Strong financial acumen, managing project budgets, focusing on adhering to production deadlines, negotiation skills, and client needs.  
  • Traffic management for creative projects, including managing internal and external timelines, ensuring collaborative and efficient work practice while also balancing client and internal expectations.
  • Consistent process adherence to ensure all teams are adequately informed and up to date on all projects, utilising master project management/traffic schedules.
  • Keeps across emerging technology, platforms and consumer trends.
  • You will also be required to undertake domestic business travel for the proper performance of your role including New Years Eve events.
 
Skills and Experience Required
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role, advertising industry preferred.
  • Experience in an in-house creative studio with a strong commercial attitude and customer focus.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, communication and organisational skills.
  • Strong computer literacy – proficiency across Outlook, Word, Excel, Keynote, Powerpoint, Google Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously as well as take direction when required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in a manner consistent with the culture and across all levels.
  • Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise.
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise discretion and sensitive to relationships.
  • Demonstrated passion for music.
  • Interest and a genuine passion for quality storytelling and branded content.
  • Extensive creative contacts.
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute to and make stand-out commercial creative work. This will be reflected in a strong portfolio and body of work showcasing talent or work history.
  • Understanding and proficient in Adobe Creative suite; 
    • Art Direction / Design: InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop. 
    • Video Content: Knowledge and experience of the production process including post-production  .
