As the Creative Services Manager, you are the glue that keeps it (and everyone) together, delivering quality resourcing and workflow for the agency. You strive for clarity, ensuring everyone knows what needs to happen, and when, so that projects can continue moving through the agency in a seamless fashion. You are always looking forward, anticipating potential issues and connecting all the dots.
Key Responsibilities:
● Ensure efficient and effective workflow through the agency. From client briefs, through strategy, creative development and execution.
● Schedule all creative and internal reviews for projects, attending where possible to ensure project is running seamlessly and the right people are engaged at the right time.
● Review project allocations and timelines against project requirements, working with business management to ensure they’re scoped correctly and flagging when we’re at risk throughout project duration
● Collaborating with Creative Services Manager in Sydney, allocate projects to creative / design teams in consultation with CCO’s
● Identify potential resource issues, communicate solutions to relevant parties and action accordingly
● Track creative and design vacation, ensuring coverage and updating resourcing tool
