This is your chance to lead and inspire a team of talented designers, production, and multimedia officers to deliver impactful creative campaigns for Council services and projects.
About the role:
As the Team Leader Creative Services, you will be at the forefront of marketing and graphic design innovation. Your primary responsibility will be to manage Council’s in-house creative studio and provide strategic oversight of creative campaigns from concept to execution.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and shape the creative direction of impactful campaigns for Council services and projects.
- Lead and support the Creative Services team, overseeing workloads, offering guidance, and coaching to enhance employee capability in contemporary.
- Provide strategic guidance on creative campaigns, empowering your team to manage projects independently.
- Ensure all creative assets are on-brand and align with Council’s accessibility and inclusive design principles.
- Measure and evaluate campaign performance against communication goals.
- Collaborate with internal clients to deliver campaigns that meet the brief and exceed expectations.
