About the Role.

The Creative Specialist will be responsible for concepting, developing, executing and delivering digital assets within the in-house studio at Sweat, for both campaign and always-on content.

This position has the flexibility to be fully remote, or based in Sweat’s workspace in Adelaide or Melbourne. Key responsibilities in this role include;

• Working at all stages of the creative process from research to post-production, including contributing where possible to content creation (i.e. graphic design, animation or video production)
• Managing multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously
• Managing shoots from briefing to post-production, including collaborating with internal teams and production companies, and managing photographers and videographers
• Manage workflow & prioritisation of content across all executional marketing and content teams
• Developing design and video concepts that are on-brand and to the brief. Content should apply the latest trends for shooting and editing.
• Understand, interpret and apply brand guidelines to create fresh and exciting content for CRM, app and digital platforms with a specific focus on video content for organic and paid social media channels

About You.

This role requires you to demonstrate a creative flare, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines. The ability to apply brand guidelines and best practice across both video and design is critical. Additionally, candidates should be able to demonstrate;

• High proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
• Extensive experience within the design, events, content, or similar industry, preferably in Art Direction and/or Creative Manager type roles
• Experience managing the creative process of multiple campaigns at a time as well as delivering always on content, presenting to various stakeholders & colleagues along with a strong ability to get the best creative results.
• Experience working in a busy studio either at an agency or in-house and with high-volume digital channels
• Experience across performance marketing channels such as CRM, Social and Display
