Your role
We’re after a passionate and flexible Digital Marketing Specialist who has a thorough, hands-on understanding of the Digital Marketing landscape, and who understands the importance of communicating well with clients.
Your role will be to plan campaign strategies, implement the selected channels and report on their success. You will have an in depth understanding of how to implement the most effective campaigns across particularly Search and Social channels and how to optimise ongoing campaigns. You will also be required to assist with recommendations for ongoing campaign improvements wherever possible.
You’ll have a keen eye for detail, and a process-oriented approach to ensure campaigns are set up efficiently and run smoothly, while recognising and addressing potential issues before they become problems. You must be able to provide great customer service and build happy client and staff relationships.

Typical activities
- Project managing paid and organic Digital Marketing projects
- Implementing campaigns for multiple clients across multiple platforms
- Monitoring and optimising campaigns on a daily basis
- Liaising with designers and account service to ensure assets are correctly delivered
- Preparing campaign reports monthly on ongoing and/or one-off campaigns
- Assisting with and/or driving the preparation of campaign strategy development
- Presenting strategies, reports and recommendations to clients
- Staying abreast of the latest changes and updates to paid and organic channels
- Analysing GA4 accounts for clients
- Looking for new client opportunities
Prerequisites
- 3+ years solid experience working as a Digital Marketing Specialist with qualifications in Marketing
- Solid implementation and reporting experience across Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat & GA4
- Ability to assist with the coordination of designers and copywriters to deliver quality creative outcomes
- Contribute to new business proposal development, estimation and presentation, working with the assistance of Account Managers & Directors
- Being accountable for ensuring your projects are delivered within allocated timeframes and budget
- Excellent client communication skills, both written and verbal. You must enjoy speaking with clients and team members, as well as providing support and guidance
- Experience in proposal development, estimating and presentation
Preferred criteria
- Hands-on experience with software tools such as: Programmatic Display Advertising platforms, MailChimp, Survey Monkey, Meltwater etc
