Creche Manager Role
As a Creche Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Kids World booking system, managing the team, ensuring the safety and enjoyment of the children, and addressing parent enquiries. You will report directly to the club manager.
To be successful as a Creche Manager, you must:
- Have experience in a similar role or in managing a childcare environment.
- Possess excellent leadership and organizational skills.
- Hold a current Blue Card and First Aid Certificate.
- Be enthusiastic, approachable, and able to take initiative.
- Be seeking a full-time role with flexible working hours.
- Have availability during mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
Creche Assistants Role
As a Creche Assistant, you will be responsible for creating a fun, creative, and safe environment for the children. You will manage the day-to-day operations of our Kids World booking system, sign children in and out of care, maintain a clean and enjoyable space, and assist with parent enquiries.
To be successful as a Creche Assistant, you must:
- Enjoy interacting with and have a passion for working with children.
- Hold a current Blue Card and First Aid Certificate.
- Have an enthusiastic, approachable attitude and take initiative.
- Be seeking casual, flexible working hours on a rotating roster.
- Have availability during mornings, evenings, and Saturday mornings.
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
