To be successful for this role, you will ideally be student and relationship focused, innovative and able to work effectively in a team environment. You should reflect on and evaluate the effectiveness of your teaching practice using a variety of methods available within the school and provide educational opportunities and activities which enable students to achieve success.The successful applicant will have the opportunity to apply their expertise of the English Learning Area across Years 7 to 12, utilising their knowledge and teaching experience in senior school Western Australia Certificate of Education (WACE), to encourage and support our students to achieve outstanding results. The successful applicant should also have an understanding of how to differentiate their teaching to meet the needs of a diverse range of students.The capacity to teach Australian Admission Tertiary Rank (ATAR) courses and previous experience or qualifications teaching English would be highly regarded. The school continues the education of students from within the City of Kwinana area primary schools.This selection process will initially be used to fill the above vacancy.
