About the Role
The Acute Credentialled Diabetes Educator will be a valued member of the Medicine Division and will be required to plan, implement and evalute education and managementprograms for people with diabetesand their carers. We are actively seeking candidates who meet the following requirements to apply for this exceptional opportunity.
- Postgraduate Qualification in Diabetes Education / Management.
- Member of the Australian Diabetes Educators Association / AHPRA.
- Credentialed Diabetes Educator.
Employment Type: Fixed Term, Part Time position working 24hrs per week until December 2024.
