Credit Analyst

Are you an experienced professional when it comes to analysing lender policies to determine the best lender for your clients?

As a Credit Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting thorough credit assessments for potential home loan applicants. You will also be analysing each client's circumstances to determine the most suitable lender from the company's vast panel.
The Credit Analyst meticulously reviews and analyses the numbers, reaching out to the client for further discussions if additional information is required after the first meeting with the broker, until the files are progressed to unconditional status.

About the role:

• Perform the entire credit analysis process for residential loans
• Review and analyse the numbers until the file progresses to unconditional status
• Formulate tailored and holistic recommendations for customers, identifying the best solution for each one's needs
• Successfully prepare and submit applications totalling millions per month

About you:

• Previous experience and tenure in a mortgage brokerage or non-bank environment are mandatory
• Proven background in residential credit assessment for loans
• Experience with various lender policies
• Detail-oriented with analytical skills
• Solution-minded
