About the position
You will be responsible for the following duties:
1.Manage loan applications, including interviewing customers, gathering information and processing preliminary documents on loan requests.
2.Responsible for credit analysis.
3.Responsible for obtaining the KYC documents for loan customers and conducting customer due diligence.
4.Ongoing maintenance of existing loan customer accounts and updating the information in their files.
5.Coordinate with property valuer and solicitor.
6.Prepare and submit loan proposals to the Credit Committee.
7.Aware of and comply with the AML/CTF and NCCPA related regulations.
8.Act as a substitute for the relevant position when required.
9.Other assignments assigned by Supervisors, Division Manager or General Manager.
To be successful, you will be:
1.Tertiary qualification in commerce or related degrees.
2.Ability to carry out credit analysis and evaluation of loan proposals.
3.Understanding of the credit policy and credit procedure of the bank.
4.Sound knowledge and experience of the AML/CTF regulatory requirements, the Financial Transactions Reports Act, and the Privacy Act relate to the credit process.
5.Sound understanding of the fraud control and conflict of interest policy requirements.
6.Fluent both in English and Mandarin.
7.Good communication skills.
8.Must have full Australian working rights
9.Computer operation knowledge is required
