About Our Client
Our client is an industry leader that prides themselves on excellence and their commitment to quality and innovation which has made them a household name globally.
The finance team plays a pivotal role in driving this success and they are looking for an enthusiastic Credit Claims Administrator to join their growing team and help them maintain the highest standards of financial integrity.
This is a long term contract for 12 months.
Job Description
As part of the credit team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of their claims processes. As part of your duties, you will also be responsible for:

• Chargeback management and reporting
• Facilitate and manage daily reconciliation and input of sales deduction claims
• Investigate and verify credit payments against accrual and sales figures
• Process all types of rebate claims
• Managing Sales Deductions and Price Claim
• Ensure maintenance of price integrity across all claims
• Weekly/Monthly reporting on outstanding claims

The Successful Applicant
To be successful for this position, you will need:

• High level of experience in pivot tables and spreadsheets
• Great attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Proven AR experience
• Ideally have experience in price rebate claims
• Very effective organisational and time management skills
• Be task and process oriented
• Willingness to learn and develop.
