Our team optimises the customer experience using analytics to inform and assess our strategies and helps implement these strategies into automated decisioning systems.See yourself in our TeamWithin the Credit Risk and CommAssets Crew we have a range of opportunities available, with roles in Personal Lending, Credit Cards, Simple Credit and Responsible Lending available. You will report to the Product and Solutions Chapter Lead and be an integrated member of your squad on a daily basis.In this roleYou will support development of Credit Risk strategies, including but not limited to, data driven business rule changes, using models to set optimised profit decisions, updates to servicing and verification rules and deep dives into strategy performance and outcomes.Other duties will include:Working collaboratively with technical teams to provide and clarify requirements, test and implement strategies into automated decisioning systemsEmbracing a continuous improvement mindset, and seek to find ways to standardise, simplify and automate business processes.Performing deep dives into the retail lending portfolios by harnessing world-class data to provide actionable insights to senior leadership and influence the Bank's strategic directionWe’re interested in hearing from people who are:Inquisitive and happy exploring data, making discoveries and understanding their implications, using tool such as SQL, R, Teradata or PythonDelighted by analysing data to support decision making processGreat communicators who can explain their recommendations to management and stakeholdersCommitted, delivering on promises and doing what is rightA strong and enthusiastic team player who works with others to get things doneWe support our people with the flexibility to balance where work is done with at least half your time each month connecting in our office.We also have many other flexible working options available including changing start and finish times, part-time arrangements and job share to name a few.
