1. Secretaries in criminal section working in a busy legal practice, providing asupport and assistance, maining files to standard and meeting deadlines
2. Secretaries general administration duties
3. Mantain client data with accuracy and confidentuality
4.Data entry processing and processing of court files
5.Good communications skills, team player.
They are looking for punctual, dedicated and enthusiastic individuals who have the ability to work under supervision, having previous experience in administration, can provide high level client services with open clear communications particular ability to communicate wtih Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander peoples.
General knowledge of a legal process would highly regarded.
Satisfactory criminal history check required.
