Crm Developer (Ms Dynamics

SA Vocational Education provider looking for a CRM Developer to deliver on enhancements and customizations of their internal MS Dynamics 365 modules.

Our client is South Australia's largest vocational education and training provider, and they are looking for a strong Dynamics 365 developer to contribute to several enhancements to their core Customer Relationship Management System. There are several customisation and internal enhancement projects that will require the ability to identify the best way to solution outcomes, solve problems and develop a robust and user-friendly solution for our client's students and the staff, using Dynamics 365.

• 5 hours per day and 37.5 hours per week
• Regency Park and CBD locations (2 days WFH allowed)
• Adelaide based candidates only. This role requires the candidate to be in the office every day due to critical hardware being based on different sites.
• $80 to $120 per hour base plus 11% superannuation on an hourly rate contract, 37.5 hours (15% casual loading included). The rate of pay is aligned with skills, experience, or expertise.
• Education Services (Post-Secondary Education) 2020 industry award entitlements including penalty rates, overtime and allowances and superannuation.

Core development knowledge / experience / languages required:

• Dynamics 365
• C#
• JavaScript

Core development knowledge / experience / languages that are desirable:

• Experience in Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate)
• Experience in Dynamics 365 modules: Marketing and Event Management
• Azure Logic Apps
• Student Management System Experience (Desirable)
• Education Sector Experience (Desirable)
• Team Foundation Server / Azure Dev Ops (Desirable)
• Agile Development Experience (scrum / kanban) (Desirable)

The successful candidate will:

• Have at least 2 years of experience in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation and deployment of Dynamics 365 CRM Systems.
• Possess refined technical analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Be an excellent communicator partnered with excellent written ability and attention to detail.
• Have strong experience in stakeholder engagement and have the ability to work with business stakeholders.
• Be eligible to obtain a SA Government Working with Children's Check (required prior to starting)
• Be able to work from our client's site in Regency campus 3 days a week, with 2 days allocated to WFH.
