Your primary responsibility will be to develop comprehensive CRM strategies that align with business objectives and enable the CRM operations team to execute campaigns. Ultimately, your CRM strategies will drive reach, engagement, and conversion objectives by providing a clear vision, strategy, and approach. Additionally, you will spearhead strategic projects to ensure that we remain at the forefront of CRM technology and deliver unparalleled experiences for our customers.Responsibilities Include:
- Serve as a subject matter expert on CRM strategy and planning, providing guidance and support to internal teams and stakeholders as needed.
- Help develop holistic customer strategies across all segments & lifecycles that encompass multiple touchpoints and channels to influence reach, engagement, and conversion.
- Manage CRM plans including campaign calendar, segmentation, and messaging framework to supporting BAU operations.
- Develop GTM approaches for CRM comms across key events, product, promotion and safer gambling initiatives that drive customer & commercial outcomes
- Work closely with the operations team to translate CRM plans into actionable tasks and projects, providing guidance and support to ensure successful execution.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in CRM strategy and planning, leveraging insights to drive innovation and evolution in our capabilities.
