The opportunity
Reporting to the Head of Sustainable Infrastructure, you will work across the business to develop and drive the continuous improvement of CHWs Asset Management System. You will lead the development, and review of CHW's asset management system in accordance with the Department Treasury and Finance Asset Management Accountability Framework and the principles of ISO550XX suite of standards and lead by providing technical leadership to improve strategic asset management by enabling and influencing people, activating technology and streamlining processes.

We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- Demonstrated experience in developing and reviewing asset management policies, frameworks, strategies, plans and/or reporting documents.
- Demonstrated experience in improving asset management by understanding asset performance, enabling people, working across business units, refining technologies and/or streamlining processes.
- Proven record of delivering projects and implementing initiatives to enhance asset management information systems and/or deliver digital enhancements.
- Strong understanding of assets and the processes required to develop asset management plans and effectively manage assets across their life cycle utilising ISO550XX suite of standards or equivalent.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with ability to leverage technical expertise to influence, mentor and offer thought leadership in a range of team settings.
