Crown has made the decision to take Housekeeping contracted services in-house and we are looking to build a new stellar team with lots of new, exciting positions available.

Job Description

The Housekeeping team plays a key role in ensuring all guests enjoy an elevated experience, by maintaining a clean and inviting space the moment they enter their room, until check-out time. 

We’re seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join the Housekeeping team in the following positions: 

  • Room Attendant (Full-time and part-time) - Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms during and after their stay 

  • General Services Attendant (Full-time and part-time) - Restocking minibars, delivering extra amenities & linen to rooms, maintaining minibar charges to room 

  • Spa Attendant (Full-time and part-time) - Maintain cleanliness of our award-winning spa 

  • Housekeeping Coordinator (Full-time and part-time) - Allocating duties of room attendants and being first point of contact for guests or other internal staff that need to reach Housekeeping. Prior experience in this position is preferred. 

  • Housekeeping Supervisor (Full-time & part-time) - leading team of room attendants to ensure cleanliness in rooms, delivering feedback to team members 

  • Housekeeping Trainer (Full-time) – Assist newly recruited staff to train them in their role and ensure current employees remain on top of required trainings. Prior experience in this role is required. 

Additional Information

To be successful, you’ll have: 

  • Prior experience working in a luxury hotel is highly regarded

  • Our supervisory positions require the ability to performance manage a team - being able to provide suitable feedback and hold the team to 6-star standards

  • A minimum availability of 4 days a week (at least one being Saturday or Sunday) is required for all part-time roles 

  • Valid working rights in Australia
