About the Company:
Rapid Crushing & Screening Contractors Pty Ltd is a privately owned Australian company with over 40 years of experience in the business of providing service and support to the civil contracting, mining and resource industries.
The Role:
The successful applicant, who will report to the Site Manager, will need to demonstrate the ability to supervise a small team involved in crushing and blending operations on a FIFO roster ex Perth.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Complete the required inspections, audits and HSE reports;
- Complete daily reports and submit in a timely manner;
- Schedule, plan and perform maintenance activities;
- Monitor and maintain stock levels;
- Ensure the crushing plant operates to the maximum output capacity;
- Actively supervise all employees and sub-contractors on site;
- Conduct internal training when required;
- Operating ROM Front End Loader as and when required.
Essential Criteria:
- At least 2-3 years “hands on” Supervisory experience in mine site/quarry/mobile crushing operations;
- Mobile Plant and/or Trade Qualified;
- Have demonstrated strong problem solving skills and excellent communication skills
- WHS Statutory Responsibilities for Mining Supervisors (SRMS)
- National Police Clearance within the last 12 month's
Desirable:
- Certificate IV in Leadership and Management (desirable);
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable).
- Conduct Front End Loader / Skidsteer Operations
- High Risk Work Licenses DG RB C6
