The Role
Working with an exceptional team, the restaurant focuses on sustainable and local produce, with an emphasis on Australian Native ingredients, local wines and experiences that invoke unfiltered joy.
As Restaurant Manager you will build deep, mutually beneficial relationships with your team and local suppliers. You will leave a lasting impression on guests who come from all over the world with your expertise in all matters food, beverage and customer service.
You will:
- Take ownership of the Restaurant Operations, instilling a commitment to sustainability in your team
- Manage a passionate team by providing ongoing development and feedback
- Ensure your team are motivated, respected and encouraged to succeed
- Build close relationships with other departments ensuring open communication
- Manage budgets, Rostering & time sheet approvals
- Ensure WHS procedures are monitored
- Have a sound understanding of local wines and produce (advantageous but not essential)
- Create lasting memories and experiences for our guests
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager at high end venues
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Passion for the culinary arts and dedication to delivering an exceptional dining experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
