St Andrew’s Toowoomba Hospital (SATH) has an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic CSSD Technician/Aide to join our CSSD team.
Mandatory Qualification/ Professional Registration/ Other Requirements:
- Sterilisation experience (desirable)
- Certificate 3 in Sterilisation Services (Level 3 only)
- Be able to work a flexible roster
- Participate in a rotating on call roster
- Effective communication skills, interpersonal skills and customer service skills
- Proven ability for self-direction and ability to work cohesively in a team environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and time management

Established in 1966, the Hospital has a proud history of leading innovation in regional health services, including being the first regional hospital in Australia to undertake robotic assisted surgery.
We provide acute healthcare with Specialist Consultants and Surgeons across Cardiology, Orthopaedics, Oncology, General Surgery including Breast, Colorectal and Bariatrics, Urology, Gynaecology, General Physicians, Mental Health and many more specialties and sub-specialties.
