About the role:
- Lead the design, development, and execution of learning initiatives, encompassing video content creation, interactive module development, and diverse learning resources to drive organisational growth and adaptation throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Partner closely with BCE teams to pinpoint learning requirements, foster impactful learning journeys, and assess the efficacy of learning interventions.
- Apply instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles to guarantee the potency, engagement, and applicability of learning experiences.
- Relevant Degree/Advanced Diploma level qualifications in Instructional Design, Human Resources, Education or related field.
- Relevant qualifications or experience using Authoring tools, including the Articulate Suite of products and video production software.
- Experience using Learning Management Systems.
- Use advanced instructional design skills to develop learning products that create new or change behaviours across BCE.
- Ability to build professional and collaborative relationships
- Experience with various learning modes face to face, blended and online will be instrumental in crafting dynamic learning initiatives tailored to our organisation's evolving needs.
