The Role: 

Ongoing – 45.6 hours per fortnight (3 days per week)

Remunerated at HS5 - $46.9921 per hour

As a Culture and Engagement Advisor, you will be at the forefront of shaping a positive and thriving workplace environment. Your role involves designing and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance staff performance and foster a culture of engagement. Working closely with HR Business Partners, you will serve as a key resource for best practices in Organisational Development. By focusing on staff engagement, organisational culture, workforce planning, and continuous learning, you will play a crucial role in driving the success and growth of the organisation.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Relevant qualification in Human Resources, Business, Organisational Psychology/Development or Adult Education
  • Experience in designing and/or implementing evidence-based frameworks and projects
  • Demonstrated expertise in Organisational Development practices
  • Experience in workforce planning, including the ability to incorporate workforce planning principles into culture and engagement strategies
