About the role
This position is responsible for developing and coordinating all Curatorial and Artist-centred aspects of Parramatta Artists Studios, including for PAS Rydalmere, PAS Granville and off-site programs.
On a daily basis you will:
- Coordinate studio tenancies and maintain professional relationships with Studio Artists.
- Coordinate the commissioning of new works for PAS programs.
- Coordinate the application process, assessment, reporting and communication systems in relation to the tenancy program and creative grants programs.
- Develop and implement PAS programs and opportunities for Artist professional development.
About You
The successful candidate will bring:
- Tertiary level qualifications in Fine Arts, Arts Administration/Management or an appropriate specialist area, and/or equivalent competencies gained through career and industry experience.
- Demonstrated experience in successfully working with artists and the arts industry (typically 3 years).
- Experience in planning programs and engagement with professional artists, the arts sector and the community,
- High-level communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

- Permanent Part Time 4 days per week (28hrs)
We are offering an attractive remuneration from $90,298.17 to $99,439.03 pro rata plus 11% superannuation.
