AddressOTR is a Western Australian owned national leader in the supply and service of tyre, wheel and axle solutions for the mining, construction and agriculture industries.
Due to rapid growth OTR has a new role available for a Customer Account Manager in Wholesale Tyres. Based from our Bellevue branch you will take a developed sales territory to manage and nurture our customer satisfaction and grow our market share. You shall also be responsible in leading the development of new customer relationships within a vast range of markets in Western Australia.
This Role
- Manage and maintain relationships with our existing customer base
- Identify potential opportunities and drive new client offerings
- Provide advice and support to our network of customers, whilst promoting our products and services
- Manage the sales cycle from end to end – including participation in marketing events, presentations, proposals, sales reporting and so on.
- Ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded from inception to delivery
- Be a supportive and collaborative team member and work with the whole business to achieve successful outcomes
- Be a part of maintaining an ongoing culture of strong values
- Work directly with the National Wholesale Tyre Manager – Agriculture to contribute directly to the sales effort managing your own individual sales target
About You
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Experience selling to the Agriculture market is highly desirable however not essential
- Developed communication and negotiation skills
- High attention to detail and effective tracking and reporting
- Mechanical aptitude an advantage but not essential
- Commitment to complete customer satisfaction
- Appropriate level of literacy in MS Outlook, Word & Excel
- A current and valid Driver’s licence
